The closest airport is in Brasília, and you can go through Brasília to Chapada dos Veadeiros. Once we land, we can easily board a bus and make our way toward the national park. Ans: Unfortunately, the plane does not land directly in Sao Jorge or Alto Paraiso de Goias, so the most efficient way is to land in Brasilia first. Once you land, you will have plenty of transport options to choose from. It is fairly easy to find flights to Brasília. Then, the flight will go from Braslia to Chapada dos Veadeiros. Rio de Janeiro is located an hour and 45 minutes away by plane if you want to take a detour.
